Introducing Hannah Martin, your instructor for this 4-week full body strength course. As an accomplished artist with the Birmingham Royal Ballet, Hannah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

With a background in rhythmic gymnastics, she represented Team England as the youngest official member at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia, and earned 22 national titles. You may also recognize her from BBC’s The Greatest Dancer. In 2021, she was awarded the Bronze Medal at the prestigious Fonteyn international ballet competition.

Hannah’s extensive experience and dedication make her an inspiring teacher, ready to support you on your journey to improved strength.

My philosophy has always been to dream big and make it happen. Anything is possible through hard work and determination, and I believe that you can reach your strength goals.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN


Welcome to my 4-Week Full Body Strength Course! This easy-to-follow program is designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to improve their overall strength and stick with it!


 Week 1  

In Week One of the Full Body Strength program, you’ll lay the groundwork for long-term progress by building strong, stable foundations—essential for every dancer. This week is all about consistency, not intensity, offering two varied full-body workouts: one energizing and one more gentle. You’ll be introduced to key exercises that focus on lengthening and strengthening without any equipment, with built-in adaptations so you can go at your own pace. Whether you're feeling motivated or taking it easy, there's a workout to suit your energy and help you stay on track.



 Week 2 

Now that you’ve established a strong foundation, Week Two invites you to start building on it. The movements become a touch more complex, encouraging more coordination and body awareness, while still grounded in the same dancer-focused principles. You’ll notice familiar patterns, but with new layers that challenge your control and fluidity in fresh ways. It’s about progression without overwhelm—keeping things engaging, while still honoring your pace and consistency.



 Week 3 

By now, your body is more familiar with the format—and that’s exactly why Week Three introduces a new level of challenge. The exercises ask for a bit more coordination, control, and connection between movements. It’s not about going faster or harder, but about refining how you move and how it feels. You’ll continue building strength and length, but with added depth that keeps things fresh and helps you stay engaged both mentally and physically.



 Week 4 

Week Four is where things really start to fire up. The pace picks up, the sequences flow more dynamically, and yes—you’ll probably break a sweat. This is where strength meets stamina, all while staying true to the dancer’s mindset of moving with precision and grace. It's a chance to see how far you've come, to challenge your limits a little more, and to feel the power you've been building from the inside out.
